Jerod Leath, a 3 year old, is brought to your urgent care center with a severe headache, photophobia, and vomiting.   He recently had an upper respiratory infection and ear infection.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sarah Diamond, a 19 year old college student, comes to your clinic complaining of a severe headache, neck stiffness, and a petechial rash.  She lives in the dorm and recently had a sinus infection.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

A homeless man, Sam Rogers, came to your clinic complaining of a stiff neck, headache, and vision changes. He reports that he was in a fight last week and was knocked unconscious for a unknown period of time.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Michael King, a 22 year old college student comes to your clinic complaining of general malaise, stiff neck, headache, and a burning rash.  He reports that he was hiking a few weeks ago and removed a tick.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jenny Sailor, a 27 year old HIV positive patient, comes to your clinic routinely. Today she is reporting that she doesn't feel well. She has noticed that she is forgetful. She is not her usual self and appears to be withdrawn and on the verge of tears. She cannot identify any specific reason for her behavior.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jesse Kendrick, age 8, is brought to the emergency room by his mother with a fever confusion, and a seizure. He is now lethargic and complains of double vision. He recently had the chickenpox.
