Glomerulonephritis

Mesangial cell proliferation with IgA deposits producing sclerosis, crescent formation, & decreased GFR.
Diffuse lesions with accumulation of fibrin, macrophages & epithelial cells into Bowman's space. Leads to necrotizing glomerulonephritis and renal failure.
Diffuse lesions with deposits of IgG and occlusion of glormerular blood flow.
Diffuse thickening of glomerular basement membrane & capillary wall causing increased permeability with proteinuria and nephrotic syndrome. Usually the result of systemic diseases.
Loss of negative charge in basement membrane with increased permeability causes severe proteinuria and nephrotic syndrome.
